Zoisite (a relatively rare gemstone) is said to help release negative and repressed emotions turning these energies to intense states of courage, passion and engagement with life. It is also said to have other healing and immune strengthening properties. 

Gemstones are lose in the cage and are therefore interchangeable if you wish to swap crystals over. Do not pull forcibly or you might bend the wire out of shape. Just gently pull and tease the stone out between the spring.
